Development, classification and precautions of lithium battery

Release time:2019-07-31 17:57:15  Views:360

Precautions for use of lithium battery

1. The newly purchased lithium battery will have a little power, so users can use it directly when they get the battery and recharge the remaining power. After 2 ~ 3 times of normal use, the activity of lithium battery can be fully activated. Here's a special reminder: don't mistakenly believe the rumors on the salesperson or the Internet. The new lithium battery needs to be activated for up to 12 hours when it is used for the first time.

2. The lithium battery has no memory effect and can be charged with use, but it should be noted that the lithium battery cannot be over discharged, which will cause irreversible capacity loss. When the machine warns that the power is low, it should start charging immediately.

3. pay attention to the operating environment of lithium battery: the charging temperature of lithium battery is 0 ℃ ~ 45 ℃, and the discharge temperature of lithium battery is -20 ℃ ~60 ℃.

4. Do not mix the battery with metal objects to avoid metal objects touching the positive and negative poles of the battery, resulting in short circuit, damage to the battery and even danger.

5. Do not knock, prick, trample, modify or sun the battery, and do not place the battery in microwave, high voltage and other environments.

6. Use a regular matching lithium battery charger to charge the battery. Do not use inferior or other types of battery chargers to charge the lithium battery.

7. If the lithium battery is not used for a long time, it shall be charged with 50% ~ 80% of the power, taken out from the instrument and stored in a dry and cool environment, and the battery shall be charged every three months, so as to avoid too long storage time, too low power of the battery due to self discharge and irreversible capacity loss.

8. The self discharge of lithium battery is affected by ambient temperature and humidity. High temperature and humidity will accelerate the self discharge of the battery. It is recommended to store the battery in a dry environment of 0 ℃ ~ 20 ℃.
